Terms and Conditions
1) Gateway Carwash and Detailing Inc Membership Plans provide the member with daily washes or wash discounts for the vehicle(s) enrolled depending on the plan selected. Activation period is monthly. Automatic monthly renewal plans will be automatically charged to member’s credit/debit card on the date purchased of the month in advance per the terms of the Recurring Payment Authorization form.
2) Membership plans are not available for commercial vehicles, including but not limited to taxi cabs, livery vehicles, funeral home, fleets, police or Rideshare vehicles. Commercial/Fleet customers should contact Membership Services at 209.566.8998 for available plans/discounts.
3) No partial refunds can be provided on any plans.
4) Membership tags are valid only on the vehicle they are installed and registered too.
5) If the membership tag is tampered with or the Membership Plan is used in anyway inconsistent with its Terms and Conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without refund.
6) Replacement tags: Member can notify Gateway Car Wash if registered vehicle’s tag requires replacement. (i.e., the sale of the vehicle or lost or stolen tag). Membership tag will be deactivated, and a new tag will be issued. Contact our office for replacement tags at: 209.566.8998. A fee of $5.00 applies to all tag replacements.
7) Extra wash services may be purchased at the car wash.
8) Please contact Membership Services at 209.566.8998 for any questions about your membership plan.
9) Vehicles must conform to Gateway Car Wash dimension standards. Please see location to confirm that your vehicle meets standards.

12) There are no partial month(s) refunds.
13) To Cancel: Member may cancel by notifying Gateway Car Wash in writing at: Membership Services, 3117 E Service Rd Ceres CA 95307. Member must provide license plate number at time of notification. Please allow at least 15 business days before your billing date to effect cancellation. Member may continue to use the Membership Plan until the last day of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are available.
14) In the event that Gateway Carwash & Detailing Inc is not able to charge a member’s credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the Member’s plan will be de-activated within 2 business days of the member’s billing date.
15) Car washes are available during normal hours of operation subject to weather closings, equipment shutdown and maintenance. Membership cannot be used for Self-Serve Washes.
16) Membership Plans cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, programs, or discounts.
